FMI is committed to continue exploring and identifying needs and opportunities for the development of overseas property. From scouting the right locations to liaising with architects, builders, and councils on design and planning permits, and from monitoring construction work to managing the sales of completed properties, we are actively investing resources into property development projects around the world. Under this dedicated approach, as well as a commitment to develop the property market in Japan, FM Investment Japan Co., Ltd. （FMI Japan was officially established.）

FMI is Hong Kong’s first consulting company to enter the Japanese property market. Under the leadership of CEO Mr. Amous Lee, FMIJapan was officially established in 2015, with a team of 10 people stationed in both Hong Kong and Japan. It has developed its first property, La Grace Oshiage II, in Oshiage, Tokyo.

With its own Chinese management and leasing team, FMI Japan makes work and communication with clients even more efficient. We focused on core prime locations in Japan, namely Tokyo and Osaka, where business took off rapidly. A total of 9 projects were developed between 2015 and 2020: La Grace Oshiage II (Tokyo, 2015), Shibuya Hill Top (Tokyo, 2016), Garden Terrace Ginza East (Tokyo, 2017), Xebec Otemachi (Tokyo, 2017), Oshiage (Tokyo, 2017), Gracia Hotel Shinsaibashi (Osaka, 2018), The Peak Shinsaibashi (Osaka, 2018), The Peak Namba (Osaka, 2019), and The Peak Tengachaya (Osaka, 2020).
