CEO & Partner

Mr. Amous Lee is an international property veteran with over 20 years of experience. Among his 20 years of experience, he has been involved in project consultancy and marketing for a diverse spectrum of listed developers. To date, Mr. Amous Lee has transacted and managed more than 8 billion USD worth of properties worldwide. He is also a member of both the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and the Australian Institute of Building (AIB), in addition to having served as a member and an ex-secretary of the Singapore Institute of Building (SIB). Furthermore,  he engage in the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and writing the column of East Week Magazine.

Mr.Lee has been qualified a fellowship of Social Enterprise Research Academy(SERA) and The Asia-Pacific Entrepreneur of The year 2019 and 2018 precisely.

Over 12 years’ experience of overseas properties in UK, Japan, Malaysia & Thailand. Built up a professional FMI sales team and achieved USD406 million in 2019, accumulated USD1,405 million sales from 2014 to 2019. He had led the group to win “The Outstand Brand Awards” by Economic Digest for three consecutive years from 2017 to 2019. Managing individual and joint-development projects including Garden Terrace Ginza East, The Peak Shinsaibashi, The Peak Namba, etc. Constantly interviewed by media including TVB, Ming Pao, Economic Times, East Week Magazine, etc
