London Square has made a high-profile step into the heart of one of the capital’s largest regeneration areas. Purchasing the final three phases of the Royal Mail’s Nine Elms Parkside site, the site will be a mix of private sale apartments, build to rent and affordable homes with outstanding river views, close to the US Embassy.

The development will complete the last section of the Linear Park, a green ribbon of public outdoor spaces and gardens which runs through Nine Elms, from Battersea Power Station to Vauxhall Cross.
